With more than 25 years of commercial construction experience, he continues to guide projects with a hands-on approach that reflects the values on which the company was built.
Michael Krivick
President
Michael helps lead American Platinum Builders’ strategic growth and project delivery, working closely with clients and internal teams to maintain clear communication, disciplined execution, and consistent standards across the company’s expanding portfolio.
Justin LaFee
Chief Operating Officer
Brings more than 20 years of commercial construction leadership experience, with expertise spanning operations, project management, estimating, and strategic growth. His hands-on, collaborative approach focuses on building strong teams, improving operational performance, and delivering exceptional results for clients.

Vice President
Oversees the operational excellence that keeps projects moving forward—from planning and team development to execution and continuous improvement. With more than 25 years of construction experience, an MBA, and PMP certification, he brings a disciplined, process-driven approach to every project.

Chief Financial Officer
Brings more than 25 years of finance and accounting experience, including extensive expertise in the construction industry.
